{"id":364,"date":"2021-04-03T17:51:29","date_gmt":"2021-04-03T23:51:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/latamcode.co\/jobs\/?page_id=364"},"modified":"2024-03-26T23:51:51","modified_gmt":"2024-03-27T05:51:51","slug":"referral-program","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/latamcode.co\/jobs\/referral-program\/","title":{"rendered":"Referral Program"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to participate?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We all know <strong>latam coders<\/strong> considering a job change. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Stakeholders<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Referrer: professional that recommends a candidate for a specific position. <br>Candidate: professional that participates in the hiring process. <br>Company: organization that offers job positions. <br>New Employee: professional hired by a company. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li>To participate in our Referral Program, you must refer a Candidate to one or more of our available positions. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To earn a Referral Bonus, you must successfully refer a Candidate to a direct hire by a company. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Referral Bonus will be paid to the Referrer when the new employee meets a 3 (three) month trial period. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All referred Candidates will participate in the Companies\u2019 in-house hiring process, so there is no assurance of a hire with the sole act of referring someone. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You as a developer can directly apply to jobs as well, in fact, we encourage you to do so, however you are not eligible to earn a referral for your own position. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is no limit to references\/applications.
