You build real products in the real world. You understand that off the shelf solutions vs building them yourself have tradeoffs and when to make the right decision. You have the ability to mentor junior engineers, and understand tradeoffs for scale, elegance of solution and time. You may have a preferred programming language but you’re not afraid to tackle problems in other languages you’ve never used before. You love the fact that code is continuously tested and released for fast feedback. You are great at communicating and making sure decisions are made that satisfy multiple stakeholders.
Job Description
Join one of the fastest growing teams at at the company as a Big Data Platform Engineer. You will be joining the measurement team who provides solutions for premier clients like:
Dunkin Donuts, Home Depot and many others. You will develop and implement machine
learning models and algorithms to empower internal/external customers and solve
business problems. You will work closely with data scientists to develop the models,
work with data engineers for pipeline dependencies and ultimately implement into the
codebase. You will work with large data sets, ETLs and our analytics platform to fuel
report generation and drive growth.
